New Hampshire Seacoast April Home and Condo Sales Declined, Real Estate Board Reports

The New Hampshire Seacoast Real Estate Board reported that April home and condo sales decreased by 27.1 percent from the previous year, with a total of 43 single-family sales closing at a median price of $925,000. The board also reported that through the first four months of 2026, single family sales were down 2 percent. The monthly median price was $850,000, up 2.2 percent. Several multimillion-dollar sales were among the top April transactions.
