Carnell Tate doesn't run 'overvalued' 40 at Ohio State pro day

Former Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate, a projected top-10 pick in the NFL draft, did not run the 40-yard dash at his pro day despite questions about his speed. He only ran routes and caught passes during individual drills and praised his all-around game. Tate cited Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba as examples of successful pass-catchers who didn't have blazing 40 times as examples. He has met with the Cleveland Browns and is set to meet with several teams in the top 10.
