Enisman Jalloh, a 22-year-old man, has been arrested for fatally striking 20-year old Bronx man, Brandon Jose De La Cruz, who was on his way to the gym when he was run down the block from his home. The victim was hit by an SUV while crossing the Cross Bronx Expressway Service Road near Ellis Ave. After the crash, Jallo allegedly discarded his SUV in an attempt to evade police. He has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident and tampering with evidence.
