2 Perth Amboy business owners celebrate eminent domain victory

Two business owners in Perth Amboy, Luis Romero and Honey Meerzon, have won a court case against the City of Perth Amby over a blight designation. A Middlesex County judge ruled that their buildings were not blighted and could not be taken through eminent domain. The city has 45 days to appeal the decision.
