The NFL has largely concluded its free agent season, with several notable names still unclaimed. The focus is now shifting towards the draft, with the focus on player movement and new contracts being processed. Here are the report cards for each team, listed alphabetically and based on salary cap figures. The rankings also include a positive outlook for the future of the Houston Texans, while the New York Giants, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Carolina Panthers are ranked second and third respectively. The Los Angeles Chargers, the Giants, and Oakland Raiders also received mixed reviews, with both teams stating their lack of progress in free agent reform. The Tampa Bay Raiders, the Raiders, and Falcons, have been praised for bringing in OLaelan Phillips, the biggest deal of the offseason ($120 million) guaranteed.
