Hilton rolls out new tool as travelers plan trips differently

Hilton has launched the Hilton AI Planner, a new generative AI-powered digital concierge available at hilton.com. The tool uses conversational intelligence to provide real-time responses and helps travelers explore Hilton's global portfolio of hotels and plan their stays. Currently in beta testing, the tool will be expanded to more users throughout the month. Hilton's new tool uses natural dialogue instead of standard search filters and provides end-to-end planning. It also provides frictionless booking and shopping experience by replacing manual tabs and filters with intuitive AI guidance. The launch comes as the U.S. travel industry continues to stabilize, with over six in 10 travelers stating travel is a high near-term spending priority.
