Man shot to death by 16-year-old stepson in clash over smoking in Brooklyn apartment: report

The NYPD is searching for the 16-year-old stepson who shot his stepfather, Jamel Davis, during an argument over smoking in their Brooklyn apartment. The incident occurred at the time of the shooting and subsequent death. No arrests have been made.
