Meteorologist and educator Jason Lindsey demonstrated several St. Patrick's Day-themed science experiments for children. The demonstrations included activities such as launching potatoes with compressed air, creating gas-powered shamrock rockets and using citrus oil to pop balloons. The demonstration also included "leprechaun beads," which illustrated a chain reaction. Lindsey emphasized the importance of safety for the experiments, and cautioned that children should not eat or drink them.
