Allianz joins backers of Amprion power grid in deal with Talanx

Allianz Global Investors and Talanx have announced a partnership to invest in the expansion of Germany's second-largest electricity grid, Amprion. The deal will involve Allianz's European Infrastructure Fund II acquiring an "indirect stake". The companies have not disclosed the size or terms of the deal.
