Ready, Set, Gold! has partnered with ICEF Public Schools in South Los Angeles to bring over 500 students face-to-face with Olympians and Paralympians in classrooms and on a field trip at the Exposition Park complex that will host events during the 2028 Games. The initiative is part of an expanded initiative that includes Olympians in ICEF classrooms twice a month. USA Rugby Olympian Nia Toliver, who grew up in South LA and represented the United States at the Tokyo Olympics, was among the athletes participating in the field trip.
