Duvier stated on Instagram that his interaction with Ada Law and her mother was "calm and with good intentions." This contradicts claims by Harding and Frello that he approached Harding and the daughter "aggressively" and berated them for allowing the girl to get too close to the singer. Duvi also stated that he was not part of Roan's personal security team and had received information from the hotel about unspecified security concerns. Some have accused Roan of using her power to control her relationship to fame and her fans.
