The sprawling Georgia mansion where reality TV stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were evicted from by U.S. marshals a year after they were forced out of the property by the marshals. The couple, who are currently in a bitter divorce battle, purchased the property for $880,000 in October 2012 and welcomed four children together after moving into the property. They nearly lost their home to foreclosure multiple times in the early years of their union and were accused of defaulting on a $1.65 million loan taken out against the property in February 2023, but their lender, Truist Bank, delayed the auction to allow the couple to sell the property privately in October 2023. After a lengthy battle, the home was listed for $6 million and eventually reduced to $3.65m, almost half its original ask. Bierman claimed that the listing sparked tensions between himself and Zoluciak over the best way to market the home. The home's initial listing price had dropped to $4.19m.
