Two Utah residents, Rose Inessa-Ethington, 42, and Blue Ineschew, 32, also known as Carly Ann Crosby, have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 10-year-old child for "gender reassignment surgery" in Cuba. The pair were deported from Cuba with assistance from the FBI and are expected to be transported back to the United States for further proceedings. The child was supposed to be on a camping trip to Canada in late March, but never arrived at their hotel or campground due to concerns about his safety. The alleged kidnapping occurred during a court-ordered custody agreement that the child's biological mother, who shares custody, was supposed for the child to be returned to her biological mother on April 3 but was not.
