Arizona finally clears Sweet 16 hurdle with dominant win over Arkansas

Arizona advanced to the Sweet 16 stage under coach Tommy Lloyd, winning 109-88 over Arkansas in a West Region semifinal of the NCAA Tournament. The top-seeded Wildcats, who have won their 12th consecutive game overall, set a school record for wins in a season. Freshman Koa Peat and Ivan Kharchenkov scored 21 points for the team, while Arizona's Jaden Bradley, Motiejus Krivas and Tobe Awaka all scored 14 points. The victory marks the first time the team has beaten the Razorbacks in the tournament.
