Marvel fans have found out why Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, a three-year sequel to the series Ant Man, flopped. The fan argues that the film was too afraid to stay small and that its focus was on launching Phase 5 and turning Kang into a major threat. The film's outsized plot also fell flat when Kang was removed from the MCU after actor Jonathan Majors was fired. The movie was released in 2023 and only made a profit of around $88,000 due to a tax credit received for filming in the UK.
