Skateland’s new mascot Captain Skateland rolls into Rockford

Skateland in Rockford has introduced its new mascot, Captain Skateland. The mascot was transported from Pennsylvania to Rockford via a Penske and repainted and renamed after being owned by Doug Mackey, a childhood friend of the owners. Despite this change, Captain Skeleton continues to bring joy to the rink and represent the people of Rockford.
