Liverpool footballer Mohamed Salah will leave the club at the end of the season, ending his final year of his contract with the club. The announcement was made on social media, with Liverpool confirming that Salah had agreed to leave a season before his contract was due to expire. The 33-year-old Egyptian international, who has scored 255 goals in 435 appearances for Liverpool, could have as little as 10 games remaining at the club he joined in 2017. Salah is expected to attract interest from across the football industry, including the Saudi Pro League, Al-Nassr, and San Diego FC, owned by Egyptian and British billionaire Mohamed Mansour. MLS clubs could also be interested in Salah.
