The latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police in Tolland County have been made. Kevin O'Brien, 69, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace following an incident at a local restaurant. Addy Moore, 42, of Stafford, was also charged with disorderly conduct and third-level assault. Mason McKenney, 25, of Windsor was charged for reckless driving, a window tint violation and a turn signal violation after state police clocked a vehicle at 118 mph on Interstate 84. Meanwhile, Jasper Davila-Lopez, 51, of Springfield, MA, was accused of driving under the influence and a lane violation following a disabled vehicle call.
