A caregiver at a Fremont adult daycare center, Oscar Duarte Gomez, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman with cognitive disabilities under his care. The alleged incident occurred on February 26 and is believed to have occurred during an outing with the woman. The charges stem from two counts of lewd act on a dependent adult.
