A family trust has purchased an industrial property in Oxford, New England, for $3.05 million. The purchase is expected to be used as a moving and storage operation by a local company. The property includes a one-story, 27,200-square-foot building and was built in 1999. The seller, however, was identified as SR1 Properties LLC.
