British actress Ella Purnell is set to star alongside Nicholas Galitzine in Brian Welsh's Thriller ‘The Return of Stanley Atwell’ from Hera Pictures. The film, described as a seductive thriller, comes from the Oscar-nominated and BAFTA and Golden Globe-winning production company behind “Hamnet.” and co-produced with John Gore Studios. It is written and directed by Welsh, based on an original story by Steven Soderbergh, who also serves as executive producer. The story follows the presumed dead son and heir to Lord Atwell's title and fortune, who unexpectedly returns to the family estate after a decade of captivity. The filming will begin in the UK and Malta.
