Cincinnati Financial CEO gets major pay cut

Cincinnati Financial Corp. CEO Steve Spray saw his pay cut by more than a half of his salary cut last year due to some of the company's performance metrics falling short. The company reduced his compensation to $5.3 million last year, a 38% decrease from the nearly $8.6 million he earned in 2024.
