Edwan Dablan, president and CEO of Deals4Less, has opened a second Fresno liquidation store near Costco. The store is located at 48 E. Spruce Ave., near the shopping center anchored by Home Depot and Costco off Herndon Avenue near Highway 41. The grand opening is set to take place on Saturday, with about 500 people expected at the event. Dablam, who started the business from the ground up with his wife, kids, and childhood friends, has been scouting the location for several years before purchasing the building. He credits his unique inventory for its competitively priced home goods from major retailers like Costco, Target, Walmart and Sam's Club.
