Two women, Tamara Tyre and Yolanda Tyre, have been charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash in Jersey City in October that injured five children, four of whom were riding motorized scooters. Tyre was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, leaving the scene, and other offenses, while Tyre also charged with false reporting to law enforcement. The victims were ages 13, 15, and two 17-year-old boys. All four were riding two motorized vehicles/machos when they were hit. The women were identified as the driver of the Hyundai sedan that hit the victims.
