38-year-old N.J. man killed in SUV rollover crash

Authorities have identified the man killed in a rollover accident as Deveren Mann, a Wayne resident. The SUV he was driving struck a parked car and overturned, landing on its roof. Police are investigating whether Mann suffered a medical emergency prior to the accident.
