Crescent Real Estate is creating a luxury community near Lake Lyndon B. Johnson in Horseshoe Bay, Central Texas, off the shores of Lake LBJ. The 114-acre site has homesites available for prices ranging from $600,000 to over $2 million. The development, which began in 2025, is expected to deliver more high-end homes to the area with initial residences delivered in 2027. The company has a history of working on resort residential products and has investments across the D-FW area. The majority of people closing on lots so far are from the Houston area, but there are also people from all over Texas interested in the area.
