Pinky Cole, the founder of the Slutty Vegan restaurant and reality TV star, is in court fighting against the seizure of her home in the Atlanta-area. She claims that a creditor changed the locks on her 2,814-square-foot Loganville home. Documents reveal that she is more than a million dollars in debt and dependent on her husband's $15,000 a month salary. The bankruptcy designation allows businesses to reorganize while still operating.
