She recommends multivitamin supplements for those who are low-energy, as they can fill in nutrient gaps and aid in reducing severe irritability in teens. She also recommends creatine supplements for low energy-rich individuals, as it helps power our bodies’ cells and helps recycle our own energy. However, she is skeptical about B vitamins, stating that most people get enough B vitamins.
