San Mateo County Sheriff's deputies attempted to stop a driver for questioning near the intersection of Highway 92 and Highway 35, but he took off and drove onto the grounds of the Skylawn Cemetery. The driver, 43-year-old Gabriel A. Montalvo, was found on foot with two no-bail felony warrants for his arrest and was driving while intoxicated. During a search, a K-9 found a loaded firearm hidden in nearby bushes, which was later confirmed to be stolen. Both men were arrested and charged with numerous counts of possession of a stolen firearm and possession of narcotics.
