Montgomery woman charged with failing to register as sex offender

Emmeline Kenealy, a 23-year-old woman from Montgomery, has been charged with three felony counts of failing to register as a sex offender. The charges were obtained following an investigation led by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Kenealys was taken into custody on March 31 by members of the sheriff’�s office and the U.S.Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force. The sheriff's office is urging citizens to call CrimeStoppers at 6.
