WestCare Wisconsin will host a neighborhood cleanup on May 20, launching multiple campaigns to improve community safety and distribute gun locks and mental health resources. The event will take place at WestCare's office on the corner of North Palmer Street and East Chambers Street. Travis Landry, regional vice president of WestCare, said this is part of the organization's 'Love Up Lock Down' campaign to prevent accidental shootings and gun-related deaths by providing free gun locks. The campaign will also launch a new suicide prevention campaign, featuring mental health professionals and resources for those interested in improving their mental health.
