Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir, has stated that only the neurodivergent will survive the AI takeover of the current jobs market due to artificial intelligence and narrow employment opportunities. This comes amidst a trend of this suggesting that neurodiverse individuals are not equally deserving of equal opportunity in the workplace. Karp's comments were made during a recent appearance on the Technology Business Programming Network (TBPN). He suggested that the path to employment should be narrow and that the future of the workforce could lie in the hands of individuals with disabilities such as autism, ADHD, or dyslexia who struggle with challenges such as employment and education systems that match these challenges are often underemployed and often subject to discrimination.
