Da'Carri Rennel Hood, 19, is accused of shooting and killing 14-year-old Charles Darnell Moore in a Burnsville apartment building. The charges were originally filed on Feb. 26 and were unsealed following his arrest. The shooting occurred on the same night as the alleged group of six people.
