Russian attacks kill 4 and wound more than 20 in Ukraine’s Dnipro; 1 killed in Russia

Russian drone and missile strikes on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro have killed at least four people and wound over 20 others, according to local authorities. The attacks were found in the ruins of a house destroyed in Dnopro. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that 11 people were injured in the attacks. The strikes caused fires across Dnipe and destroyed several apartment buildings, businesses, and a private house. In Russia, a woman was killed and a man seriously wounded by a drone strike in the border region of Belgorod. The incidents followed a prisoner swap between Russia and Ukraine, which resulted in the death of 193 service members.
