A viral video posted by a small business owner in Pueblo, Colorado, shows a homeless man trespassing and kicking the front door of Steel City Deli. The video was viewed by thousands of comments and over 500 shares on Facebook. The police department confirmed that the man had been arrested and remains in jail. The incident occurred around 7:30am on Wednesday, April 29. The owner of the video expressed frustration over having called police on the same man over 20 times and only being issued a ticket for the incident. Chief Chris Noeller responded to the comments and stated that while the police were initially informed of the incident, they were not shown the security footage at the time. He also accused Colorado competency laws of hindering the police and judicial system's ability to address such criminal activity.
