A 16-year-old Florida boy, identified as "T.H.," is being prosecuted as an adult in connection with the murder and sexual assault of his stepsister, Anna Kepner, during a family cruise last year. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida announced that a federal grand jury had indicted the suspect, charged with first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse. If convicted, T.H. faces a maximum penalty of life in prison. KEPner, 18, was found dead under a bed in a cabin the siblings shared on the cruise ship.
