Utah Jazz forward Kyle Filipowski has been playing two positions this season due to injuries and surgeries affecting the team's front court. Despite starting 38 games and playing in more games, Filipowski's performance has been significantly higher than expected. His ability to play at the five positions has allowed him to adapt to different defensive tactics and offensive strategies, but also adaptable enough to switch back to playing at the four. Jazz head coach Will Hardy believes that playing more five positions will allow him to understand the needs of players like Walker Kessler and Jaren Jackson Jr. and whoever else might be playing center. With only five games left for 2025-26 season, Filipow is looking forward to seeing growth in his game.
