A man, identified as 34-year-old Hakeem Alexander, is accused of urinating on his neighbors' lawn after their dog urinated on his own lawn in Queens, New York. This incident occurred when the dog's owners, who were walking their dog down their street, struck one of the men on the back. The man then allegedly retaliated by throwing punches and stabbing the woman with a knife. All three victims were taken to a nearby hospital and are in stable condition.
