A judge has ruled that two brothers accused of shooting an undercover US Park Police officer will remain in jail until trial. The judge noted that the brothers allegedly shot down a street with a school less than 1,000 feet away. They are accused of using a stolen high-velocity semi-automatic assault rifle and are not known for their violent behavior. The brothers will be arraigned in April.
