The fire at the Pioneer Mill in Manchester has been extinguished, with firefighters working through the night to extinguish the flames. The blaze began at around 7:15pm on Tuesday and has been largely extinguished, although operations have been reduced. The fire is believed to be caused by an electrical fault.
