A Plymouth, Massachusetts, police officer and her husband, Officer Samantha Pelrine and Daniel Forand, were arrested by Massachusetts State Police at their home without incident. They are being held at the State Police Barracks in Middleboro and will be taken to Plymouth District Court for arraignment. Pelrine was placed on administrative leave with pay following the announcement of a criminal investigation into Pelrine's off-duty conduct by the state. Meanwhile, police are also conducting their own internal investigation.
