Paris is set to unveil the world's first museum dedicated to Swiss sculptor Alberto Giacometti, Musée & École Giacmetti. The museum will be housed in a former train station in the city’s 7th arrondissement and will open its doors in 2028. The other half will be home to a cafe, restaurant, bookshop and educational space. Despite some controversy over the size of the building, director Catherine Grenier believes it will offer a way to learn about shapes and art forms that feel hermetic.
