More wind with a chance of rain and thunderstorms; colder with a chance of snow Thursday

Two areas of low pressure are moving through the region, with a potential for rain and thunderstorms expected to occur on Wednesday and Thursday. The weather will be more unsettled than usual, with temperatures expected to reach the mid-40s for the Snake River Plain and high temperatures expected. However, the weather will become colder with temperatures reaching mid-50s. The potential for precipitation is 90%, with new snow accumulation expected at least half an inch.
