The case involves middle school teens who may still be underage but are being charged as adults due to their alleged involvement in possession of child pornography. Nicholas Wooldridge, the LV Criminal Defense Attorney, stated that while the crime occurred in Costa Rica, there may be exceptions due to jurisdictional issues. If convicted, the teens may also have to register as sex offenders if convicted.
