The Highland Park Residential Spring Clean-Up Program will take place over four Saturdays starting April 18 and ending May 9. Items must be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on the scheduled date and cannot be left more than one week early. The program prohibits several items, including electronics, appliances, regular garbage, and yard waste. Residents can dispose of up to one cubic yard of construction material and any material from do-it-yourself projects that requires a single person to lift it into the truck is not allowed.
