Her youth basketball team was disqualified from the championship game because Johnson was on the roster. The incident made national headlines and led to Johnson's team being invited to a New York Liberty game at Madison Square Garden. Fast forward, she is now leading the 10th-seeded Cavaliers to the Sweet 16 of March Madness, where they will face No. 3 TCU. Johnson, the team's leader in points, assists and steals, has scored 73 points in three NCAA Tournament games.
