Two people arrested after reports of animal cruelty at south Tulsa residence

Tulsa Animal Services (TAS) removed 25 dogs from a residence in south Tulsa on March 19th after reports of animal cruelty. The animals were surrendered by the owners and taken to the shelter for assessment and care. Owners Craig and Mia Hagin, who also serve as Co-Pastor at Rhema Bible Church in Tulsa, were arrested and charged with animal cruelty by TPD. The city of Tulsa is working with the Humane Society of Tulsa (HST) and Animal Aid of Tulsa to rehome some of the animals and treat others.
