Warriors' Kerr to mull future, knows jobs have 'expiration dates'

Steve Kerr, long-time Golden State Warriors head coach, is considering his future with the team after a 111-96 play-in loss to the Suns. Kerr, on an expiring contract, said he will take a week or two to consider his future before discussing it with controlling owner Joe Lacob and general manager Mike Dunleavy. He finished up his 12th season as head coach and said he would be grateful for the opportunity to coach the team. The Warriors, who won the 2015 NBA title in Kerr's debut season, have aged and have struggled in recent seasons, failing to advance past the second round. The biggest question is whether Kerr will still be coaching Steph Curry.
