Theodore Gause, a 51-year-old man from New Hampshire, has been charged with felony hit-and-run and other charges related to the incident. The crash occurred on South 15th Street in Wilmington, New Hampshire. Gause allegedly hit a child who was sitting on his bike in his own driveway and ran away before witnesses found him. The child's leg was severed during the collision.
