A congressional investigation is underway into the deaths and disappearance of 10 U.S. scientists since 2023. Two of these scientists, Nuno Loureiro and Jason Thomas, have been found murdered or mysteriously disappeared under strange circumstances. The FBI is investigating these deaths and disappearances, along with the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Massachusetts Congressman Stephen Lynch stated that six of these cases raise serious questions about the manner in which these individuals were killed or disappeared.
